A senior member of Kaufman Hall’s Strategic Cost Management team, Mr. Goetz is highly skilled at leading hospitals through major cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring exceptional patient outcomes. Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Mr. Goetz held numerous leadership positions at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, including Director of Operations, Manager of Performance and Innovation, and Process Improvement Leader. He was accountable for the hospital’s patient care budget and directing improvement portfolios related to patient safety, satisfaction, and hospital throughput.
